WRAPAROUND PROVISION
At Berkhampstead, children enjoy participating in a wide range of
activities and clubs. Clubs meet before school, at lunchtime or after
school and cater for a wide range of ages and interests. Sports clubs are
especially popular and there is a whole host of musical ensembles and
choral groups for different ages and abilities. From chess to ballet, from
fencing to art, each child should be able to find a regular activity that
suits their interests and talents.
For parents who need a little flexibility within busy lives, the school offers
a Breakfast Club (7.40-8.10) and an After-School Club facility which runs
until 5.30 each day. For older pupils, this provides a chance to complete
homework in a calm environment while younger children might enjoy a film
or some outdoor play. A light tea is served after 4.30 every afternoon.
